PANKO CRUSTED CHICKEN STRIPS

Finger foods are a ton of fun! Not to mention super easy to make. They're great for all those fun backyard parties in the summer & super popular with the kids! As a kid, my favorite thing to order off of any menu was chicken tenders and fries.... Who am I kidding? It's still my favorite thing to order. So what better than a chicken tenders recipe to start off the summer fun! These chicken strips are nice and crispy on the outside due to the Panko bread crumbs & juicy on the inside. Even picky eaters would love it! Once you have one, you can't stop! Pair them with a side of your favorite dipping sauce,,, I love it with Buffalo Sauce & Ranch Dressing,,, and watch it disappear right before your eyes!

  • 10 pieces chicken tenderloin

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper

  • 4 tablespoons milk

  • 2 cups Kikkoman Japanese style bread crumbs (Panko)

Directions:

  2. In plate 1, place flour.

  3. In plate 2, whisk together eggs, salt, black pepper, red pepper, and milk.

  4. In plate 3, place Panko bread crumbs.

  5. Take one piece of chicken at a time and dip it in plate 1, then 2, then 3.
